Position: Canvasser
Location: CT, MA, NJ, NY & RI
Eclipse Energy is seeking a Canvasser to join our team! We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, upbeat and organized person to be part of a team that will explain to homeowners how they can lower their energy costs by going solar.
As a Canvasser we do not expect you to have to do any of the selling, we just want you to get the customer interested and set appointments for our Energy Consultants. Our Energy Consultants will then take your lead and complete the sale.
Responsibilities :
- Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and determine the best program for them
- Build trust and rapport with qualified homeowners to then schedule an appointment with our Energy Consultants
- Establish customer expectations and effectively communicate the upcoming processes
- Successfully transition customer from the initial contact to a scheduled consultation
- Have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered
- Travel as required for this position
Qualifications :
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have valid Driver’s License

Position: Solar Consultant
Location: CT, MA, NJ, NY & RI
Responsibilities :
- Independently canvass and network to gain leads and generate sales
- Schedule appointments to meet with homeowners to personalize a solar system for their home
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs
- Determine customer requirements and needs by asking questions and overcoming objections
- Provide excellent customer service through strong relationships and professional follow-up
Qualifications:
- In-home sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage time
- Solar knowledge helpful, not required, training available

Position: Solar Sales Manager
Location: CT, MA, NJ, NY & RI
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, educate, manage, motivate and mentor a team of sales consultants to move opportunities through the entire sales process and close sales
- Work with sales representatives to ensure adequate lead generation, and ensure leads are being tracked and converted to opportuneratities and sales by consultants
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Assist the sales representatives in closing business at customer homes when needed
- Independently canvass and network to gain leads and generate sales

- Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs
